Go for the traditional 55/105 SS/SV/Monk. Easy for beginner to use but the gears are harder to obtain.
55 Mo Or Nerco are godlike in HM, esp where there are tons of meleer. Or you could go warrior or rit as well. But 55/105 N or Mo is the way to go for a good farming char. |

Go with an ele, they are good to farm with and are useful too, monk is a b*tch to use because if you cant heal good people wine to you and it makes it gay
 warriors are easy to use too.
